It’s a Real Job!
It's a real job that provides lodging, pay, and three meals a day while camp is in session. You also get to spend the summer outside, enjoying our beautiful facilities, surrounded by peers who share similar interests and mindsets - it doesn't get much better than that!
Our starting pay for summer camp staff is as follows:
Camp Counselor - $475 per week
Returning Camp Counselor - $500 per week
Adventure Staff - $450 per week
Returning Adventure Staff - $475 per week

Working in the Camp Environment Cultivates The Following Skills

You’ll master effective communication with everyone from campers and fellow staff to camp directors and parents, honing your ability to convey information clearly and build strong relationships.

You’ll tackle unexpected challenges head-on, from managing child health and safety to guiding campers through creative projects, sharpening your ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively.
