2025 Tuition
$1,300 Per Camper
Plus Processing Fees
Our camp session will run from Sunday-Friday. Our junior campers (ages 7-11) and senior campers (ages 12-16) will engage in a range of exciting activities, including shotgun sports, archery, canoeing, and a high ropes course, among others. Senior campers will also have the unique opportunity to participate in a night shoot, advanced shooting and archery ranges and fishing on Lake Marion! To ensure the best experience, cabin groups are organized by age, fostering the development of valuable life skills and the creation of lasting friendships.
Each camper will receive a Camp Woodie Swag Bag at Check-In that includes:
- Cinch Bag
- Water Bottle
- Fan/Flashlight Combo
- Keychain
- LED Bracelet
- Camp Woodie Visor

Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance Applications are currently paused for the 2026 season.
At Camp Woodie, we believe every child should have the opportunity to experience summer camp, regardless of financial circumstances. That’s why we offer both full and partial camperships to support families in need. Whether you have multiple children who want to attend camp, or are facing a temporary financial challenge, we are here to help. Our flexible payment plans and camperships are designed to make camp more affordable and accessible to all. Anyone can apply for Financial Assistance—simply complete our request form and email it to our Camp Woodie Program Coordinator at campwoodie@scwa.org. We’re committed to making sure every child can have a memorable and enriching summer at Camp Woodie!

Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Camp Woodie, we incur significant non-recoverable costs in preparing for each camp session. Therefore, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required for each session.
To cancel your registration, please submit a written request via email to campwoodie@scwa.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
Before May 1st:
- You will lose the $200 non-refundable deposit for each canceled session.
After May 1st:
- Medical Cancellations: You will receive a refund of 50% of the tuition for each canceled session, provided you submit a letter from your physician.
- Other Reasons: You will lose the full tuition of $1,300 plus processing fees for each canceled session.
Processing Fees:
- Please note that processing fees and monthly payment fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
