Schedule Your Camp Leopold Experience
To the AMAZING individual coordinating your group’s Camp Leopold trip…
Thank you for the time, and effort you’re putting into organizing a Camp Leopold field trip for your students! We deeply appreciate you and look forward to the partnership that will be formed between you and our staff during this process. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jami Lisenby, the Camp Leopold Director via email at campleopold@scwa.org, or via cell at (803) 305-8927. Thank you again for making this experience possible for your students! We look forward to serving you and your group soon!

Step One – Picking “the ONE”
Determine who will be your group’s primary contact. This person will be in charge of scheduling the trip, distributing resources to staff/students, and overseeing the on-site visit.
Step Two – Picking the Day
Decide which program (1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day) best suits you and your students.
Check our session dates on the availability calendar below.
After finding a vacant date on the calendar, please contact our Camp Director at (803)305-8927 or campleopold@scwa.org.
Step Three – Registering
Be sure to fill out the online application completely and click submit.
Your dates and registration will be finalized once we receive a 10% deposit online or by mail.
Please notify the Director of any Special Accommodations for your group.
Step Four – Getting Ready!
Print and distribute ALL handbooks (coordinator, chaperone, and parents).
Have each student and adult complete ALL forms (health history and release). These forms must be completed in order for the individual to stay at Camp Leopold.
Make sure you are on track with the checklist provided in the Coordinator Handbook.
Step Five – ARRIVAL!!
