The first Annual Scottie Marlowe Memorial/ Camp Woodie Golf Tournament was a huge success with 32 teams participating. It was held Saturday November 7th at the Wedgefield Golf Course.
The Marlowe Family and the South Carolina Waterfowl Association would like to give a special thank you to the hole sponsors, donors, volunteers, golfers and staff that made this a tournament successful.
Scottie loved golf, fishing and hunting, so the proceeds will be donated to SCWA youth camp. Camp Woody gives the opportunity to hundreds of children to experience and appreciate nature. It gives them a chance to understand how nature and man work together.
This tournament will be held each year closest to November 8th, Scottie’s birthday. Last but not least we thank the Lord for Blessing us with a gorgeous weather, a beautiful golf course and the short, but special life of Scottie. We Miss You and Love You.
